Hello, How do you use salvage items that have magic properties on them, because i have a salvage item that gives to energy storage... can any1 tell me please.

Buy an advanced(expert? forgot what it's called, 400g) salvage kit and use that on it. There's a chance you'll get a rune which you can then use on another piece of armor to add the effect.
